Richa is a dedicated mother of two, always on the move. She is continuously eager to learn, approaching tasks with a meticulous attitude and a dedicated manner, all while maintaining a smile on her face.

With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and beverage industry, Richa has managed stores, restaurants, event spaces, and even her own service company in the hospitality sector. As a mother of two, she prioritizes balance, allowing her to divide her time effectively between family and business.

Richa’s approach has always been to learn as she goes, absorbing as much knowledge as possible. She helps build the stepping stones to a financial organization, enjoying the day-to-day operations with a focus on financial processes, KPI development, and financial reporting. Richa has implemented multiple financial functions across the hospitality and service space.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, watching her son play baseball, and participating in a few road races. With an undergraduate degree in Visual Design-Illustration, she finds joy in painting whenever she finds the time to pick up a brush.
