Molly aims to expand her knowledge in operations and technology while helping others do the same. Her approach has always been to stay very organized and task-oriented.

Molly grew up and still currently resides in New Bedford, MA. She started her career in the restaurant industry when she was 16 years old. For the past 14 years, she has managed the ever-changing restaurant models and learned the importance of staying agile. Through an open-minded leadership philosophy, she learned how to help her team adjust to the new “norm”. She has always enjoyed the “back end of the office”, working closely to engineer workflows and optimization across all operations, specifically marketing. Before WaveFx, she was GM at Cork Wine and Tapas, where she continues to oversee operations, marketing, and events.

At WaveFx, Molly's focus is on business systems and processes, bottom-up execution, operations, and helping transform the current restaurant business model. Molly is excited to be a part of the ever-changing world by applying her continuous learning for sustained growth.
