Josh is driven by a desire to delve into diverse workflows, understanding all the components that form the whole, to foster continuous improvements.

Josh has always been captivated by the idea of understanding the individual parts that make up a whole. He studies new business concepts and contemplates innovative approaches to scaling.

Raised on the south coast of Massachusetts, where he still resides, Josh enjoys being an active part of his community and immersing himself in what it has to offer. His interest in business and understanding how things work has been evident since high school. While attending Greater New Bedford Voc Tech, Josh focused his studies on engineering, developing a love for understanding how numerous small parts can come together to produce a final product that is greater than the sum of its parts. He even launched his first company, an eCommerce resale business, in high school. Josh has also earned his B.S. in Finance from UMASS Dartmouth, where he acquired knowledge that he now applies to the ever-evolving landscape of business. Despite this, he remains eager to continue learning new things.

At Wave Fx™, Josh focuses on improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and ensuring repeatability across workflows. His role is to enable stakeholders to concentrate on their priority goals. He believes that streamlining these routine operations not only saves valuable time but also fosters a productive environment for innovation and strategic thinking, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business.
