Driven by a passion for environmental stewardship and a commitment to making a positive impact, Edgar embodies the spirit of innovation and dedication. With a keen eye for opportunity and a heart for effective altruism, Edgar seeks to leave a lasting mark on the world through his work in the Renewable Energy industry.

Born in Long Island, New York in the late 90s, Edgar grew up in Dallas, Texas, and now resides in Massachusetts. He's been privileged to witness significant moments in America's story, recognizing people's endeavors to make their mark on the world. With a passion for the environment, Edgar enjoys diverse hobbies from sports to music production, grilling, and fishing. He's drawn to exploring new goals, both personally and professionally. Inspired by effective altruism, he pursued a career in the Renewable Energy industry, joining the Wind Energy sector in 2022 as a Warehouse and Operations Coordinator in Texas. Transitioning to the Vineyard Wind Project in 2023, Edgar aims to deepen his expertise in wind energy and contribute to historic projects in the North American Energy Sector. In his spare time, he's an undergraduate at UMass Dartmouth, majoring in Operations Management and Business Analytics.

At WaveFx, Edgar is an Operations Project Manager overseeing the commissioning of AM-37 at Vineyard Wind.  His role places him at the forefront of the Offshore Wind Energy Industry in the U.S.
